Shortly after Peter Gehler joined the Tübingen AI Center he initiated the „Summer of Innovation“ (happening in winter!). Small student groups should jump on an innovative coding project with an actual use-case. Among a set of projects, there was: Catalyst.
In the last months Jonas Bieber, Emre Güçer, Younghee Jeong and Usman Amjad worked on the problem of how to match scientists together. The nice result is https://www.peer-grid.de/ . Based on ideas of Catalyst and with a set of additional features, Peer-Grid is a platform for connecting scientists, their papers and projects. We are very grateful to collaborate and stay in contact!
